WELD — A Carthage woman was injured early Sunday when the car she was driving left Route 142 and rolled over, Franklin County Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. said.

Katrina Pulk, 21, was first taken by an NorthStar EMS ambulance to Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington and then transferred to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, he said.

Pulk was listed in fair condition Monday afternoon, a CMMC spokesman said.

Deputy Colt Bernhardt responded to the 2 a.m. accident. Detective Kenneth Charles was called on to reconstruct the crash that occurred on a straight stretch of road, Nichols said.

It remains under investigation.

The 2009 Kia Rio was towed from the scene.
