Lewiston firefighters extinguish flames in a recycling container at the solid waste facility on River Road in Lewiston on Tuesday afternoon. Officials said sparks from welders building an addition to the recycling area ignited brush in the container. A front-end loader pulled the receptacle away from the structure.
