LEWISTON — A forum to allow area candidates for the Legislature to meet voters will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, at the Franco Center.

The forum is sponsored by the Young Professionals of Lewiston/Auburn, the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce and the Franco Center.

The moderator will give each candidate an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves and explain why they are running for office. Each will be asked one question in reference to their stance on an important issue.

A meet-and-greet time will conclude the event.

Light refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
