Tyra Pelletier, 7, is stuck in a swing while Lewiston police Officer Kevin Gagne and Lewiston firefighters Rick Emmons, Matt Wiers and Scott Mildrum figure out how to get her down in Kennedy Park on Monday evening. Pelletier’s mother, Tiffany, said she was playing with her 1-year-old daughter, Serenity, when Tyra hopped down into the baby seat and could not get her legs out. The firefighters had to cut the rubber swing to free Pelletier. Tiffany Pelletier said her daughter, Tyra, was scared but otherwise fine. Pelletier’s father, Stewart Ahern, is at right.
