The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department in Farmington is seeking help in identifying the male seen in this picture. “We would like to speak with him as a potential witness,” Lt. David Rackliffe said. “We believe he may have knowledge that will assist us in solving a crime.” Anyone who can identify the tattoos as belonging to an individual can contact Franklin County Regional Communications Center at 778-6140, by sending an anonymous tip by texting 274637 with FRANKTIP in the text or by going to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department website at www.franklincounty-me.org and clicking on the “Tips” tab.
