BOOTHBAY, Maine — A Connecticut couple has died in a single vehicle crash in the Maine town of Boothbay.
Eighty-five-year-old Donald Hudson and his 67-year-old wife Doreen, of Madison, Connecticut, were killed late Friday morning on Route 27.
Police say Donald Hudson was speeding and lost control of his SUV. WGME-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1lHnLL5 ) that the vehicle went off the road, flipped over and hit a utility pole and trees.
They were both wearing seat belts.
