BRYANT POND — A group of ladies has made a quilt to raffle in honor of the upcoming 200th birthday of the town of Woodstock in 2015. Tickets are available at the library and at the Town Office. This is a lap quilt featuring scenes representing Maine. Another quilt will be made featuring themes of the town itself and will be kept at the historical society.

Library programs will start at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11. The speaker will be Valerie Cole from SeniorsPlus. She will give a presentation on the various things that SeniorsPlus can provide. The public is invited at no charge.
