Season outlook: The Knights return 10 field starters and look to earn a spot in playoffs. Dube, Everett, Sturtevant, King, and Parent lead a feisty offense and each are capable of finding the back of the net. Gibson, Conway, and L’Italien bring aggressiveness and finesse to the defense and mid-field. Lowndes and Cloutier step in to the goalie position. Brousseau and Nawass, both freshman, provide speed and skill off the bench. Having depth on the bench is a strength on which the Knights will look capitalize. Breaking in a new goalie or two is never ideal, but with options and healthy competition between the candidates, the learning curve should be shallow.
