* Ian Adrien Bannister, 21, of 19 Mooselook Drive, Turner, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, at 5 a.m. Sunday at the corner of Tarr Avenue and Smith Street.

* Robert Donald Bouthot, 20, of 61 River St., disorderly conduct, at 5 a.m. Sunday at the corner of Tarr Avenue and Smith Street.

* Jason Ronald Yorke, 34, of 104 Knox St., refusing to submit to arrest or detention, warrant, at 4:33 a.m. Monday at 550 Lisbon St.
