Aaron Willingham of Mt. Blue, foreground, took off from the start and lead all competitors for the entire Laliberte Invitational Cross Country race at Cony High School Friday afternoon until Lewiston’s Isaiah Harris, background, sprinted past him in the final 20 yards to win the race. After the race was over, Harris apologized to Willingham, saying afterwards “it’s just not a nice thing to do at the end after he led the whole race.” said the humble Lewiston runner.
