Paul LePage’s use of fear, intimidation, insults and bullying has made him a disgraceful leader.
Mike Michaud understands the issues that affect Maine’s working people, senior citizens and the poor, as well as small business concerns. He has fought for veterans and proved his political abilities by protecting the jobs at New Balance.
Michaud knows how to work across the partisan divide to get things accomplished. Some would say he didn’t do much, but I wonder what veterans and New Balance workers would think.
Elliot Cutler may be a nice guy, but with no political background, is he really qualified? Now is the time for experience in Augusta. There are too many burning issues to experiment or gamble with Maine’s future.
Mike Michaud, as our next governor, will bring respect, dignity, common sense and true leadership back to Augusta.
Mainers deserve nothing less. Go forward, not backward.
