Paving on outer Main Street in Lewiston will end Friday, but traffic will be down to one lane until November, project superintendent Terry Daggett said Thursday. The work being done by general contractor CPM of Freeport will begin again in the spring with a drainage and sidewalk-repair project. Long delays and one-lane travel should be expected, Daggett said.
