FARMINGTON — A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for a burglary at Farmington Pawnsters, and recovery of the stolen jewelry.
The Police Department is investigating the break-in at the pawnshop at 184 Farmington Falls Road. Police believe it occurred at about 1 a.m. Monday, July 21. The back door was forced open, Detective Marc Bowering said this week.
“It was a decent amount of jewelry,” he said.
Police did not elaborate on the amount or its value.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Police Department at 778-6311 and ask for Officer Bridgette Gilbert.
