A dump truck blocks one lane of Route 2 in Mexico on Tuesday morning while Bancroft Contracting Corp. workers inspect several hundred feet of leachate pipe that runs between a waste landfill on Farrington Mountain in Mexico and NewPage Corp. mill in Rumford, Richard Jones of Bancroft said.
