The voters of Minot are fortunate to have two great candidates running for office on Nov. 4. Two people who will fight for us in Augusta.
Eric Brakey is running for state Senate. He is a young, hard worker who is listening to our concerns. He will work hard for fiscal responsibility, find common sense ways to reform the state’s broken welfare system and ensure that future generations are not burdened with debt.
In the House of Representative we have David Sawicki. He will defend the Second Amendment and protect Maine’s environment and private property rights. He is a strong believer that local residents should determine what is taught in local schools.
Both of those fine candidates will work hard for the people of Minot, and for all Mainers, to reduce taxes and help grow jobs here in Maine.
I hope others will join me supporting those two great candidates.
Bernice Fraser, Minot
