PORTLAND — The Maine Red Claws basketball team, presented by Unum, recently announced that Marc Gosselin has been named the team’s vice president of corporate partnerships. Gosselin has worked with the Red Claws’ game night staff for the previous four seasons as director of game entertainment.

Gosselin has previous experience in professional sports with the American Hockey League’s Portland Pirates and the former Lewiston MAINEiacs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Gosselin was responsible for sales and marketing, special events, business development and game operations. Most recently, he served as the director of development for Central Maine Community College in Auburn.

The Lewiston native received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Maine at Farmington and a master of business administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
