- Rumford Selectman Jolene Lovejoy, reusing a sign that she used while running for the House of Representatives in 2000, crafted a sign reminding residents to have a happy Mother’s Day. Lovejoy said Thursday morning that she “loves to decorate” and always finds a way to spruce up her front lawn.
