Somali storyteller Farah Mohamed speaks about traditional Somali clothing during a new series called “One City, Many Stories” at the Lewiston Public Library on Friday evening. Mohamed of Alexandria, Va., told the story, “The Somali Queen: Queen Arraweelo,” a tale about a kingdom ruled by a strong and beautiful queen. The “One City, Many Stories” series will continue at 7 p.m. Friday, May 9, with Franco-American storyteller and musician Michael Parent. The free event is open to all.
