Chicken pie supper, Church Belles

RUMFORD — The Rumford United Methodist Church on Linnell Street will have a chicken pie supper on Saturday, April 26. There will be one serving starting at 5 p.m.

The cost will be $9 for adults and $5 for children under 12. The meal will consist of chicken pie, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable, cole slaw, rolls, hot or cold beverage and a choice of either lemon or chocolate delight for dessert.

As a special treat following the meal, the Church Belles will present a mini-concert including some oldies for the guests to sing along.

The proceeds from this meal will go to the organization which is trying to wipe out malaria in African countries.
