Season outlook: The boys seek their ninth 9th straight MVC title. The Greyhounds have a good mix of veterans and newcomers, plus interesting first-timers who will bring depth and versatility to the team. Bard is the reigning state and national champion in the race walk. A big chunk of Lisbon’s other state points was lost to graduation Lisbon fought off a stern challenge from Hall-Dale a year ago and expects good competition in 2014, as well. There’s also the missing piece of a state title that will provide motivation throughout the spring.
