OXFORD — Oxford Hills School District is holding kindergarten screening at all elementary schools. Children must be 5 years of age on or before Oct. 15. Parents should note the schedule below and call the school in the town in which they reside to schedule an appointment.

Availability is limited for pre-K in most towns. Children must be 4 years of age on or before Oct. 15. Parents should call the appropriate school to schedule an appointment.

Items needed on screening day are: original birth certificate; immunization record; most recent physical exam by a doctor; any legal documents in regards to custody issues and any pre-school special services documents, such as OT, PT or speech.
