Blakey was diagnosed at 15 months old with stage 4 liver cancer that had spread to his lungs. He has undergone treatment and is doing better, his mother said. The family will travel to Disney World next week through Make-A-Wish. At the station, Blakey was made an honorary chief of the day and presented with personalized turnout gear.
