FARMINGTON — The Price Is Right competition, hosted by the Farmington Rotarians, returns March 29.

Contestants will vie for prizes and giveaways. Unlike the TV show, there is a guaranteed winner of a themed showcase featuring thousands of dollars in unique prizes.

The game is planned from 6 to 8 p.m., doors open at 5:30 p.m. at Mt. Blue High School.

The theme is hats and wigs. Participants are invited to dig into their closets for a wacky wig or hat they’ve always wanted to wear.

General admission is $10. Contestants must be 18 years old to play.

Tickets are available from any Farmington Rotarian and at Madore’s Market, Douin’s Market and Ron’s Market.

Proceeds will benefit a wide range of projects around the world and close to home. They include providing emergency heating assistance and pajamas for children in collaboration with the Franklin County Children’s Task Force, and safe drinking water in Guatemala.
