A round up of how Wednesday’s storm is affecting Maine life.

UPDATED 1:31 PM: AUBURN — Auburn Hall will be closing at 2 p.m. today because of  the weather. In addition, the School Committee meeting scheduled for tonight has been postponed until 5:30 p.m. Feb. 12.

Auburn Recreation is closing offices at 2 p.m. and has cancelling youth open gym, youth basketball practices and adult basketball today.

AUGUSTA — Gov. Paul LePage has announced that state offices will close at noon today in York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox, Waldo, Kennebec, Androscoggin and Oxford counties.

Offices in Franklin, Somerset, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Hancock, Washington and Aroostook counties will remain open usual business hours.

UPDATED 9:46 AM: Lewiston has cancelled Wednesday’s Board of Appeals meeting. It is rescheduled for 6 p.m. Feb. 19.

UPDATED 9:04 AM: So far, Central Maine Power has reported no outages yet. Bangor Hydro Electric has one customer reporting a power outage.
