RICHMOND, Ky. — Jeremy A. Foss of Wales is one of 58 Eastern Kentucky University students inducted into the Tau Sigma honor society during a special ceremony in October.
Tau Sigma is a national honor society that recognizes the academic excellence and involvement of transfer students. Membership is open to first-time transfer students who have earned at least 24 credit hours prior to transferring and who have completed at least 12 semester hours of credit classes toward a degree and earned a minimum 3.5 GPA.

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Brian Hand, a freshman engineering major of Farmington, was among approximately 1,450 Bob Jones University students who were named to the fall 2013 dean’s list.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Meghan Murphy of Winthrop qualified for the fall 2013 dean’s list at Belmont University. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.

Adelaide J. Fuller, daughter of Donald and Kimberly Fuller of Peru. Fuller, a first-year student, is a graduate of Dirigo High School.
Emily M. Grund, daughter of Susan Pease of Auburn and David Grund, also of Auburn. Grund, a junior majoring in psychology, is a graduate of Edward Little High School.
To be named to the dean’s list, a student must have carried throughout the semester a course load of four or more graded credits with an average of 3.5 or above.
