MECHANIC FALLS — The American Legion Family Post 150 is holding a raffle for a two-day Boston getaway.

The trip is two days for two adults to Boston and includes round-trip on Downeaster Portland to Boston North Station, hotel for two nights, Go Boston City Pass and Boston Old Town Trolley tickets.

Tickets are $5 each and the winner will be drawn Jan. 26 at the chowder lunch. For tickets stop by the Legion, ask a Legion member or call the Post at 345-9587.

The chowder lunch will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26.

Menu includes fish or corn chowder and sandwich, pie or cookie bars for dessert. Cost for adults is $6, children $4.

The Post will sponsor the Mechanic Falls Community Blood Drive from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, at 41 Elm St.

Those who give a pint will get a pound of Dunkin Donuts coffee.
