AUBURN — City Council business scheduled for Monday night has been pushed back a week.

Monday’s workshop and regular meeting were postponed due to the Monday’s rain and expected cold temperatures into Tuesday.

Topics that had been scheduled included workshop discussions about block grant money and fees charged for construction that digs up city streets. The council also was scheduled to get an update on the Spring Street bus station.

The meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 13. It begins at 5:30 p.m. with the workshop meeting and continues with the regular meeting at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chamber of Auburn Hall.
