AVON — Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Plog of Avon are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jocelyn Eleanor Plog. Ms. Plog is engaged to Brandon Thomas Kelly, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kelly of Lewiston.

Ms. Plog and Mr. Kelly are both graduates of the University of Maine at Farmington and are both employed by the city of Auburn.

A September 2014 wedding is planned.
