NORWAY — SBA-Maine, Oxford Hills SCORE and the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce will present a workshop, “Encore Entrepreneur,” from 9 to 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, at the Norway Town Office, 19 Danforth St.

Whether you are a seasoned business owner, an “encore entrepreneur” or just getting started, planning ahead for the new year is an essential part of your success. This workshop will include panel presentations in three important areas followed by general discussion and Q&A.

The panel presentations include: “Goals: Who Needs Them?” “What about Marketing?” and “Where’s the Cash?”
