Legion Auxiliary holiday craft fair

FARMINGTON — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 28 will hold its holiday craft fair and luncheon from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at 38 High St.

There will be two floors of crafts and a large luncheon menu.

Trinity Church public supper

FARMINGTON — A public supper will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at Trinity United Methodist Church.

The baked beans and casserole supper will include vegetarian, gluten-free and sugar-free items.

The new price is $7 adults, $3.50 children under 12.

Industry Community Kitchen bazaar

INDUSTRY — The Industry Community Kitchen Holiday Bazaar will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14.

There will be lots of holiday goodies, corn chowder and sandwiches available for lunch, a bake sale of sweets, and homemade crafts, earrings, wreaths and more.

Emmanuel plans free lunch

LIVERMORE FALLS — Emmanuel Assembly of God will hold a free Community Lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the American Legion Hall, 17 Reynolds Ave.

Santa’s Workshop at St. Luke’s

WILTON — Santa’s Workshop will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 59 High St. (at the corner of School and High streets). Arrive early for best selection.

Annually, on the second Saturday in December, Santa’s Workshop provides community children with an affordable alternative while shopping for gifts during the holidays.

Adults can enjoy complimentary refreshments in “Santa’s Kitchen” while youths shop for new and gently used items to give loved ones. No items cost more than $1 and kids receive free custom gift-wrapping before leaving Santa’s Workshop.

Grange plans holiday bake sale

WILTON — Wilson Grange No. 321 will hold a holiday bake sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Dec. 14, at the Grange Hall on Main Street.

Cookies, brownies, bars, candies, popcorn balls, special Christmas baked goods and other sweet treats and a myriad of other freshly made items will be offered.

4th annual Christmas Carol Sing

FARMINGTON — The fourth annual Christmas Carol Sing will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, at Old South First Congregational Church UCC, Main Street. Admission is by donation.

The holiday music event includes audience sing-along of numerous favorite carols, the innerRhythm Drummers, MBHS Chamber Singers directed by Carol Shumway, Patricia Hayden organist, Talisker and FAEM All-Church Choir directed by Bruce McInnes.

Intermission refreshments. All proceeds will benefit the FAEM ECU HEAT Fund.
