Kevin Dean, co-owner of Electricity Maine of Lewiston, recently presented a check for $500 to Esther and the Rev. Steve Bracy of the Western Maine Homeless Outreach Shelter. The donation will support the couple’s work at the Farmington shelter. The contribution was given as seed money for the shelter, which is based out of the Bracys’ Church, Living Waters Assembly of God.
