Homemakers fair date change

WILTON — The Wilton Day Homemakers third annual Christmas Craft Fair has been rescheduled to Saturday, Nov. 30. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the St. Luke’s Church on High Street.

Thanksgiving pie sale

WILTON — Orders are being taken for the annual St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Women Thanksgiving pie sale fundraiser.

Preorders are required. Call the church office at 645-2639, Carolyn McLaughlin at 645-2312 or email stlukes@myfairpoint.net with your order no later than Friday, Nov. 22.

Homemade apple and pumpkin pies are $9 each and mince pies are $11 each. The group will take specialty pie orders, such as lemon meringue, pecan, blueberry and strawberry; call for prices.

Orders may be picked up at St. Luke’s, 59 High St., from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 27. Delivery will be available for those ordering three or more pies.

Pie sale for chapel, pantry

INDUSTRY — Shorey Chapel is hosting a Thanksgiving pie sale benefit with 10 percent of proceeds going to the Clearwater Food Pantry.

Orders are invited for 9-inch apple, blueberry, pumpkin, pecan and chocolate cream pies made from local fruit and mostly local ingredients.

Orders are requested by Saturday, Nov. 23, for pick-up on Wednesday, Nov. 27, from 8 to 11 a.m. or evening times by special arrangement.

Holly Fair at church barn

RANGELEY — The Barn of the Rangeley Congregational Church, UCC, on High Street, will be full to the brim with crafts for holiday giving as the church holds its 20th annual Holly Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23.

There will be many one-of-a-kind hostess baskets and a better than ever array of Santa’s Seconds alongside the traditional knitted, crocheted woven and sewn items. Expect a huge selection of cookies at the Cookie Walk. There will be RADA cutlery, permanent floral arrangements and a food table with jams, pickles, cakes, candies and breads.

The Little Mountain School moms will be providing a luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. as a fund-raiser for LMS.
