LIVERMORE FALLS — Police are investigating an incident in which a woman looked out her window and saw a man in her car after she had just returned to her Park Street home at 6:50 a.m. Thursday.

The woman’s dog started barking and she looked out the window and saw someone in her car. A male dressed in black took off running, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.
