- The headlights of a car streak up Pine Street in Lewiston on Thursday night in this time exposure of Lewiston City Hall lit up with recently installed lights. Crews were adjusting the lighting to make sure they were arranged properly for the formal ceremony later this month when they will be “officially” turned on.
