* Deven Alan Coy, 28, of 88 Preble St., Portland, on a probation hold, 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on Spruce Street.

Auburn

* Ashley N. Merier, 26, of 1 Stevens Mill Park Road, on charges of unlawful possession of oxycodone and violating conditions of release, 10:56 a.m. Wednesday at that address.

* Dominique Eirby, 26, of 16 James St., on a charge of driving with a suspended license, 12:06 p.m. Thursday at 301 Main St.

* Carlton Brown, 48, of 123 Jackson Hill Road, Minot, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 1:02 a.m. Thursday on Garfield Road, Auburn.

Accidents

Auburn

* Vehicles driven by Rachel M. St. Cyr, 74, of Lewiston, and Trent E. Burnell, 41, of Gray, collided at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday at Center Street and Mount Auburn Avenue. St. Cyr’s 2001 Chevrolet was towed. Damage to Burnell’s 2012 Ford was listed as functional.

* Vehicles driven by Nicole M. Panciocco, 22, of Windham, and Raymond F. Thibault, 86, of Auburn, collided at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday at Elm and High streets. The collision forced Panciocco’s car into a tree and into a parked car owned by Natasha H. Cantrell, of Auburn. According to a police report, Panciocco failed to see a stop sign at the intersection, causing her to collide with Thibault’s vehicle. Her 2009 Honda was towed, as was Thibault’s 2007 Hyundai and Cantrell’s 2000 Volkswagen.
