The ride, which started at Cole Farms Restaurant in Gray, ended at Moose Alley in Rangeley. Motorcyclist were asked to give $10 or a donation toward Rangeley Lakes Snowmobile Club for snowmobile safety on Rangeley Lake. “We’ve raised about $400 so far,” said one of the organizers, Paul Hodgetts from North Yarmouth. “The club is trying to get illuminated signs on the eight major trails leading to the lake, depending on how much money we can raise. It was important that the money go to snowmobile safety.”
