- Runners dash down Riverside Drive at the start of the Lewiston-Auburn Bridge Run in Auburn on Sunday. The final race of this summer’s Greater L-A Triple Crown 5K Series attracted 800 runners and walkers, a record number for the race. The first two legs of the series, the L/A Bridge Run and Emily’s Run also set records for number of competitors. Mike Bradley of Auburn and Tina Meserve of Livermore won the overall Triple Crown for men and women.
