St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center has promoted seven nurses on the Professional Development Pathway, which rewards nurses for advancing their professional development and practice, employing evidence-based practice and research, providing leadership, collaboration and tenure. Promoted to Level III (proficient) are, from left, front, Sheila Roy, St. Mary’s Center for Joint Replacement, and Erin Fagan, Family Birthing Unit; back, promoted to Level IV (expert), Kim Thistlewaite, Lori Dyer, Christine Gervais and Jen Hazen, all from St. Mary’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. Also promoted to Level III was Lisa Mackenzie, Cardio/Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
