1945 – 2013

LEWISTON — Pamelia L. Tuttle, 68, went to join her late husband, Henry, in heaven on Friday, July 19, at Central Maine Medical Center, following a long illness.

She was born in Augusta on Feb. 25, 1945, a daughter of the late George and Marion (Corbett) Lynch.

Pamelia was a graduate of Cony High School. Her favorite place was her camp, “Dreams End,” on Annebessacook Lake in Monmouth. She loved shopping, flowers, plants, bird watching and anything purple. She loved her family “very, very much.”

She had been employed by MaineGeneral Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center at Gray Birch for 12 years and had previously worked for Chicks Orchard.

She is survived by two sons, Henry G. Tuttle and his wife, Roxanne, of Litchfield, and Shawn Tuttle and his wife, Deb, of Belgrade; her special friend, Emmitt Stuart of Auburn; her grandchildren, Cierra, Haley, Savannah and Noah Tuttle and Trevor Gettig; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Tuttle Jr.; and an infant brother, George Lynch Jr.

The family wishes to give a special thank-you to the doctors, nurses and staff of T3 at Central Maine Medical Center for the care and compassion they showed to Pamelia and the family during her last days.
