AUBURN — Voter referendum on Auburn school budget, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Auburn Hall. Proposed budget is $37.6 million, 4.9 percent higher than last year. A second referendum is being held after voters rejected a $38.3 million budget June 11.
LEWISTON — Bates Dance Festival, free “Show & Tell” by modern dance Bebe Miller Company, 7:30 p.m. Schaeffer Theatre. Show and tells are lecture-demonstrations offering a glimpse of the creative process, the artists of the festival. Bebe Miller performances 7:30 p.m. July 26 and 27 at Schaeffer Theater, tickets $12 to $25.

LEWISTON — Art Walk Lewiston Auburn, 5 to 8:30 p.m., much of the activity takes place along Lisbon Street with all downtown galleries open, plus numerous temporary galleries set up, including the first floor of the Lewiston Public Library; for more details, call LA Arts at 782-7228.
LEWISTON — Youth community cleanup of downtown streets and parks, 10 a.m. to noon, followed by noon rally at Marcotte Park behind Androscoggin Bank Colisee, sponsored by Keystone Club of Boys and Girls Club Auburn/Lewiston Clubhouse and multiple youth group volunteers help clean up after the fires.

LEWISTON — Bates Dance Festival, free Show & Tell by Stephan Koplowitz, award-winning artist known for creating multimedia works for architecturally significant sites including New York’s Grand Central Station, London’s Natural History Museum, 7:30 p.m., Olin Concert Hall. Show and tells are lecture-demonstrations offering glimpse of creative process and festival artists.
