WORCESTER, Mass. — Caitlin Bonney received a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Massachusetts Worcester during a ceremony held June 2. She was honored with the Association of Academic Surgery Student Research Award.

Bonney is the daughter of Forrest and Pamela Bonney of New Sharon. A 2001 graduate of Mount Blue High School, she earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Boston University in 2005.

Following graduation Bonney will serve her residency in surgery at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

PENSACOLA, Fla. — Kimberly J. Hand, daughter of Douglas and Kerstin Hand of Industry, graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in visual arts with a concentration in graphic design from Pensacola Christian College on May 8.
