Those who completed Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice volunteer training in January are, front row from left, Elaine Robitaille Lambert of Turner and Lorraine Jarden of Auburn; middle row, Joanne Wheeler of Pownal and Laura Reynolds of Lewiston; back, Richard Bennett of Bridgton, Craig Hacker of Sweden and Sue Hunt of New Gloucester. General Volunteer training will be held from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 9, at 15 Strawberry Ave., Lewiston. Bereavement Volunteer four-session training will begin Monday, May 6, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the same location. There will also be a Bereavement Facilitator Class offered to those who have gone through the Bereavement Volunteer training and would like to help facilitate grief support groups. This four-session class begins on Monday, May 20, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. All trainings are provided at no cost. To register or for more information call 795-9580 or 1-800-482-7412, ext. 1280.
