Do it yourself Christmas-style
AUBURN — If you missed Black Friday deals, the Auburn Public Library has some even better Christmas savings. Join us at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, and Thursday, Dec. 13, in the Androscoggin Community Room for two Do It Yourself craft projects that would make memorable Christmas presents.
On Dec. 4 come make a fleece hat. This simply crafted project requires no sewing skills and all materials will be provided by the library. On Dec. 13, brighten the holidays with a Santa ornament using recycled burned out lightbulbs (the old-fashioned kind).
Materials are limited so registration is required for both projects. Call the library reference desk at 333-6640, ext. 4, to register.
