HARRISON — Christmas in Harrison will take place Nov. 30 and Dec. 1.

Friday’s events include Soup and Song from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Fire Department, tree lighting and visits with Santa at 6:45 p.m. at the Town Office.

Saturday’s events include a breakfast buffet at Olde Mill Tavern, parade at 9:30 a.m., craft fairs, wagon rides, children’s treasure hunt, visits with Santa, cookie walk, Christmas tree sale, Harrison Brass Choir Ensemble from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and a dance at 8 p.m. at the VFW Hall.

A home and business decorating contest will also be held. This year’s theme is “The Polar Express.” Entries must be returned by 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, to Northeast Bank, The Village Tie Up or The Market Basket.
