HARRISON — Registration is currently being held for the Harrison Ski and Snowboard Program. All sign-ups are at the Harrison Community Room on Edes Falls Road. All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced.

Volunteer paperwork is also available; limited applications are being accepted. Program shirts and pants will be available for sizing and ordering.

Then this seven-week program will begin the first Friday in January at Shawnee Peak.

First sign-up will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19. Second will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16. Final sign-up and equipment fittings will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30.

The program is open to Harrison residents in grades K through eighth  and ninth through 12th. Anyone who does not fall in those categories is invited to call for information. Contact program coordinators Julie Crawford-Murphy at 583-6237 and Tracy Card at 583-4477.
