There will be taste tests of different varieties of garlic and recipes will be available. This demonstration is free. Garlic will be for sale.
At 2 p.m. Kristin Perry, horticultural director at the garden, will present a slide show on unusual flowering bulbs and how to grow them. Now is the time to plant bulbs for next season’s gardens, and the free, illustrated talk is designed to inspire.
