In July, 25 students from the Longley Elementary School summer Read-A-Lot program visited the Community Credit Union on Pine Street in Lewiston for a tour and to participate in a money-county game. Credidt Union employees donated 40 water bottles and $300 in cash to support the summer program, which is designed to reinforce the reading, writing and math skills learned in kindergarten at Longley School. Shown above are Longley students with Monty Moose and teacher Cher Hill.
