FARMINGTON — Two men were indicted Thursday on multiple sex-related charges.
A Franklin County grand jury indicted James Lundy, 46, of Weld, on three felony charges of unlawful sexual contact and three misdemeanor charges of unlawful sexual contact. He was also indicted on four counts of misdemeanor furnishing liquor to minors under age 21.
Lundy is accused of inappropriately touching a girl under age 18. The incidents, according to the indictment list, were between Feb. 23, 2009, and Nov. 30, 2011. Lundy was arrested after an investigation by Franklin County Sheriff Detective David St. Laurent in March.
Lundy is also accused of providing liquor to at least three underage people.
The grand jury also indicted Gordon Webber, 21, of Farmington on felony counts of gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual conduct. Webber was also indicted on a misdemeanor charge of violation of conditions of release.
Wilton police Sgt. Richard Billian Jr. investigated a reported sexual assault that occurred in January on a Wilton resident who is younger than 12 years old, police said. He arrested Webber on Feb. 28.
The date of violations on the indictment list is between Jan. 28 and Feb. 28.
