Fingerprint session

AUBURN — The Missing Children Alert Program, Inc. will hold a Fingerprint Photo I.D. session from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at K-Mart, 603 Center St. The MCAP exists solely from contributions and volunteers who make their programs possible. For more information call 1-800-330-2461.

A passport type picture will be taken of the child, along with fingerprints, and put on a card with all other pertinent information. The parent keeps possession of the card and information regarding the child’s identity to supply to the proper agencies and law enforcement offices in the event the child should ever turn up missing.

Fiddlehead auction

GRAY — Palette, a silent and live auction to benefit Fiddlehead Center for Art & Science, will take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 19. Wine tasting, appetizers and chocolate fountain are included with admission. Tickets are $25 and available at fiddleheadcenter.org or by calling 657-2244.

Rotary plant sale

LEWISTON — The Lewiston-Auburn Rotary will have a flower/plant sale from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, May 19. Locations will be at Mechanics Bank on Main Street, Lewiston, and at 800 Center St., Auburn.

The flowers are from Whitings and the proceeds are used for scholarships to local high schools.

Weekly bike nights

AUBURN — Post 31 American Legion will hold Bike Nights from 4 to 9 p.m. every Monday beginning May 21 at the post, 426 Washington Ave. North.

There will also be 50 cent wings, 75 cent Michelob Lite drafts, giveaways and a 50/50 drawing.
