‘Better angels’

PARIS — The Sunday, Feb. 19, worship service at the First Universalist Church on Pine Street will be led by Silver Moore-Leamon. The title of the 10 a.m. service is “Our Better Angels.” Music is under the direction of Joyce Franklin and Sunday School is under the direction of Renee Wales. Coffee and fellowship will follow the service. All are welcome and childcare is available.

Potluck supper

LOCKE MILLS — An Ash Wednesday potluck supper will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 22 at the Locke Mills Union Church. Bring a dish to share. Service following supper.

Sock hop
